Return and Refund Policy

Shipping Information

  • Shipping Policy and Delivery Time:

    • Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours of placement.
    • Please note that multiple orders may be subject to cancellation.
    • We utilize Express Cargo Shipping for deliveries throughout India.
    • Delivery usually takes 2-4 working days.
    • Cash on Delivery is available across India.
    • Delivery times may be affected by natural calamities, festivals, rallies, public holidays, and cargo offloading.

  • Shipping Address Changes:

    • Unfortunately, shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse. In such cases, a new order will be required.

  • Express Delivery (1-Day Delivery):

    • While we previously offered 1-day delivery, due to regulations from the Airports Authority of India (AAI) and the International Air Transport Association (IATA) regarding the air transportation of battery-containing items, we are unable to offer air shipment.
    • All products are now shipped via express road cargo through reputable logistics companies.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Dead on Arrival (DOA) or Manufacturing Defects:

    • In the event of a DOA product or manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at +916291293011.
    • You will be required to provide a valid unboxing video and a working video demonstrating the issue (charging and usage).
    • Our executive will conduct a video call inspection to verify the problem.
    • If the issue is confirmed, the product will be collected by our courier.
    • An immediate replacement or store credit will be provided.

  • Returns for Non-Damaged Items:

    • We accept returns on non-damaged items, provided the product remains in its original, sealed condition.
    • The customer will be responsible for courier charges associated with these returns.

  • Returns Not Accepted:

    • We do not accept returns or exchanges based on eliquid taste preferences or general likability of vapes.
    • Once a product has been opened, we do not offer exchanges unless the device was damaged upon arrival.
